Acquired in June 27th 2025, Stantek will maintain full operations in Kentucky and continue as a privately held company, ensuring continuity for customers, employees and partners. Under new ownership, Stantek is retooling its operations with targeted investments in lean manufacturing and product portfolio enhancements designed to better meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Stantek Manufacturing LLC. is pleased to announce the acquisition (via asset purchase) of Monticello Wire & Cable Inc. as of Jan 22, 2016. Monticello has been a leading manufacturer of custom electro-mechanical assemblies in the Lexington, KY area for many years. Their unique processing methods/equipment will certainly complement the extensive operation at the Stantek facility.

The Stantek and Monticello team are joining forces to more fully support our partners needs in the Industrial, Marine, Aerospace, Military and other industries.

On March 10, 2017, Stantek Manufacturing was awarded a 5 year contract to produce proprietary mechanical assemblies on behalf of the Redstone Arsenal.  Stantek has been a USA Prime Vendor since 2010.

Stantek Manufacturing LLC was recognized as one of the outstanding suppliers for Hyster-Yale Group (HYG) on March 18, 2019.  HYG hosted the 2018 Americas Division Awards in Greenville, NC and Stantek Manufacturing was awarded the “Above and Beyond” award.  This award is given to the supplier who demonstrated extraordinary commitment supporting the HYG team throughout the past year.

To whom it may concern,

Due to the unprecedented outbreak of the COVID-19 virus worldwide, there have been a number of US states (including Kentucky) which have issued “shelter in place”, “shutdown”, “stay at home”, and/or “business closure” Executive Orders. This means that all residents are to remain at home while “essential businesses” (defined by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency – CISA) are to remain open to provide critical services.

STANTEK is a diversified company which manufactures a wide variety of IT, Electrical, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical products in their US facilities and has been directed by a number of our US partners/customers to maintain our normal work schedule pursuant to DIB Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce memorandum stamped by The Under Secretary of Defense on March 20, 2020.
